Mixed Baby Greens (Mesclun) Salad with Tarragon Vinaigrette
Hints of honey and mustard
Mixed Greens are our best selling product!
* 6 cups of greens
* 2 tablespoons white wine or apple cider vinegar
* 1 good pinch tarragon leaves - minced or dry
* 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
* 2 teaspoons Dijon or Creole mustard
* 2 teaspoons honey
* black pepper to taste
* 1/2 cup olive oil
Wash greens and spin or pat dry. Whisk vinegars, tarragon, mustard, honey, and pepper in a small bowl. Slowly add in the oil. Toss with greens just before serving.
